Christine

Karli

A certified Hatha yoga instructor:   I have been practicing Hatha & Ashtanga yoga for over 15 years. Throughout life's journey yoga has been the one constant in my life that provides balance to mind, body, & spirit.  Yoga can bring balance to anyone of any age and ability throughout their life's journey; increasing muscle strength, flexibility, inner peace, and enlightenment. Each practice is focused on safety, breath, and listening to your own body.

Lynn

I am passionate about yoga and opening Visana Yoga nine years ago has been an amazing journey into self discovery and growth for me.   I have both Hatha and Anusara training and teach a heart centered style of yoga.
I believe practicing yoga enhances our lives by teaching us how to find balance in mind, body and spirit through all of life's challenges.   Breathing and inner focus, as well as fun, are an important part of my classes with an emphasis on present moment awareness.

Nina is a RYT-200 yoga teacher. Nina has been a student of yoga for nearly 10 years. Prior to starting yoga, Nina was a dancer for over 20 years. Although Nina's practice and teaching focuses on alignment and form, she also offers essential oil aromatherapy, yoga philosophy, and meditative breathing in each class.
