Each practice is focused on safety, breath, and listening to your own body.

Saun Stone is a Tai-Chi-Chi Kung certified instructor has been teaching for over 12 years. She loves to share her knowledge of this calming and centering practice. Saun's goal is to show people how to access their bodies own natural healing abilities by practicing Tai Chi and Chi Kung. She finds working with others and helping them feel better incredibly rewarding and the most natural thing in the world to do.

Victoria Nickels was certified to teach prenatal yoga in 1977 and Hatha Yoga in 1978. She has helped hundreds of women in our coastal community prepare for giving birth, with yoga.
As a Mother,Grandmother and yogini she has taught children of all ages yoga. From cradle to preschool to teenager she believes all can benefit. " As Mothers, whether pregnant or caring for little ones we need to be connected to our intuition to hear our own as well as our children's needs. Yoga helps us open our hearts and be present in the moment. Then we find our balance and our inner wisdom."
